Brownies
You will need:4 eggsa stick of butter (I used 200 g)1 cup milk1 cup sugar2 cups flour(Use the same cup for milk, sugar and flour)  a dark chocolate or milk  3-4 tablespoons black cocoa (I used a bag of cocoa from Pakmaya)  Essentially rum / vanilla / coffee-own liking  baking powder  pinch of salt  crushed nuts (optional).

Preparation: 

In a non-stick saucepan melt butter and chocolate (photo 1) and then add the milk, sugar and mix until smooth. Saucepan from heat and add cocoa envelope in the rain, stirring constantly to avoid lumps remain (photo 3).  After I finished Blending in pan, let it cool a little (not in the refrigerator, the stove).  In a large bowl, beat four eggs (photo 2) and add the above mixture. Sprinkle mixture over eggs and two cups of flour, stirring all the rain mixer at low speed at first, then the medium after mixing (photo 4).  Finally add baking powder, essence and walnuts.  In a tray lined with baking paper or a little oil and flour, pour it and put it in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.  Because of that cocoa from Pakmaya, I took my very fluffy brownie. Usually brownies are served simple, but if you want, you can decorate the cake with coconut or icing sugar.
